New Era offers on-site training for supervisors to recognize the “at risk” employee, as well as education programs for employees and supervisors.

Employee Awareness Training:

Provides employees with a basic understanding of the problems associated with drug and alcohol use and the impacts of that use on the workplace. Employees learn when to say “When” and why to say “No.”

Informational Materials

New Era has many different types of employee informational materials available: Supervisor manuals that include the company policy, drug and alcohol information, reasonable suspicion and much more.

New Era’s On-Line Training:

New Era’s Training is a fully web-based delivery system for employee and supervisor drug and alcohol awareness training.

Supervisor Training

SPECIAL SERVICES

Coast Guard Drug Testing

N.E.D.T also handles United States Coast Guard Testing to fit all your needs for USCG licensing. It is a very easy 3 step process to complete your USCG Drug Testing. N.E.D.T will require a credit card payment over the phone to process your paperwork. The complete cost for your USCG paperwork and drug testing will only cost $85.00. Our services are nationwide we have over 10,000 drug testing sites.

N.E.D.T will mail out a CCF form for drug testing along with your testing site location. The location will indicate hours of service. You may show up on walk in basis to complete your testing.
N.E.D.T will receive your drug test results within 1-2 business days. Once test results have been received N.E.D.T will mail out the test results along with the USCG required paperwork (CG-719 Form) signed off by our Medical Review Officer.

N.E.D.T will make sure you meet all the requirements for the USCG.

Private Drug Testing

New Era Drug Testing specializes in handling private urine and hair follicle testing nationwide. Cases such as parents testing their teenagers, court cases involving divorce, child custody, DUI, parole violations etc. A simple phone call to one of our service representatives can get you registered online in less than 10 minutes. Once registration is complete the individual can walk in to one of our 10,000 networking collection sites and complete a drug test in 15 minutes all negative drug tests take 1-2 working days to get results. Positive drug tests take 3-5 business days because of confirmation testing. Result reporting via email or fax at no extra charge.
